We charge for work completed and costs actually committed. If work has not begun, we do not keep an unearned project fee.

After work begins
Refund of the unearned portion after completed work and documented committed costs are deducted.
Monthly services
Cancel before the next billing date to stop the next charge. The current service period continues through its end unless the agreement says otherwise.
Advertising and software costs
No refund after an advertising platform, software provider, contractor or other third party has charged or committed the cost.
Plain language summary: you pay for work we actually complete and for costs we actually commit on your approval. Everything else that is still unearned comes back to you.

Checkout status
Paid checkout is switched off on this website. When it is switched on, every purchase will ask for a separate acceptance of the terms and this policy, a separate acceptance of recurring billing where a plan renews, and will store the policy version, the exact consent text, the timestamp, the package, the amount and the billing frequency. Nothing is prechecked and marketing consent is never bundled into a purchase.
Still required before checkout can be enabled

- • Stripe price identifiers for every package
- • Cancellation workflow, Stripe Customer Portal or a verified equivalent
- • Owner approval of this policy after legal review
Online cancellation for recurring plans becomes available only once a verified cancellation workflow is connected. Until then we do not show a cancellation button that would not actually work. Direct contact and calendar connection pending.
